**Chennai, April 24, 2025** – Tamil Nadu has reached a historic milestone in electronics exports, achieving a staggering $14.65 billion in Fiscal Year 2024-25. This represents a 53% increase from the previous year’s $9.56 billion and accounts for 41.23% of India’s total electronics exports.
Tamil Nadu Industries Minister T.R.B. Rajaa announced the achievement on X, congratulating the state’s electronics ecosystem. He expressed ambitious goals, stating, “$100 billion in electronic exports, here we come.”
The data shared by the Minister reveals that Karnataka followed with $7.85 billion in electronics exports, and Uttar Pradesh with $5.26 billion. This significant surge in Tamil Nadu’s exports positions the state as a leading player in India’s electronics industry.
