**HYDERABAD, INDIA – April 24, 2025** – Raidurgam police in Hyderabad conducted a late-night vehicle check on Wednesday, resulting in the seizure of ₹74.5 lakh (approximately $90,000 USD) in unaccounted cash from two individuals on a motorcycle.
The police stopped the vehicle on Dargah Road around 10 p.m. based on suspicion. The cash was found in the possession of the passenger. Initial investigations suggest the money was being transported for private reasons.
The seized funds have been handed over to the Income Tax Department for further investigation. The investigation is ongoing.
