**NEW YORK** – Tina Knowles-Lawson, mother of Beyoncé and Solange Knowles, is set to release her highly anticipated memoir, “Matriarch,” on April 22nd. The book promises an intimate look into Knowles-Lawson’s life, detailing the relationships that shaped her and offering insights into the upbringing of her globally renowned daughters.
A preview in Vogue reveals Knowles-Lawson will discuss the influence of her daughters’ late Uncle Johnny, a significant inspiration for Beyoncé’s 2022 album “Renaissance.” The memoir will be available for purchase online and in stores, with various editions and pricing options. To celebrate the book’s release, Knowles-Lawson will embark on a nine-city book tour starting April 30th in Washington, D.C., and concluding in London on June 4th.
