Tue Apr 22 14:30:00 UTC 2025: ## Giants’ New QBs Wilson and Winston Lead Offseason Workout Program

**EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ** – The New York Giants’ offseason workout program kicked off Monday at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center, with new quarterbacks Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston taking center stage. Head coach Brian Daboll tasked the veteran quarterbacks with introducing themselves to the offense, a move he described as crucial for establishing leadership. Both Wilson and Winston delivered personal accounts of their careers and emphasized their commitment to the team.

Wilson, who had already begun working with receivers and tight ends during his off-season training, praised Daboll’s leadership and expressed his excitement about joining the Giants. He highlighted his focus on both individual and team success. Winston echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and the unique opportunity to play for New York.

The quarterbacks weren’t the only new faces at the training center. Free-agency additions such as cornerback Paulson Adebo and safety Jevón Holland joined the team, bringing a fresh dynamic to the roster. Wilson and Holland even shared a laugh about a past game where Holland forced three fumbles against Wilson’s former Broncos team.

Second-year players, including tight end Theo Johnson and safety Tyler Nubin, expressed their enthusiasm for working alongside the veteran quarterbacks, praising their passion and knowledge of the game. Nubin, in particular, noted his admiration for Holland’s playing style.

The nine-week program will progressively move from strength and conditioning to on-field drills and practice installations. The Giants hope the spring workouts will lay a solid foundation for training camp and a successful season.
