**Ranchi, Jharkhand –** The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has announced that the much-anticipated Class 10 board exam results will be released by the end of May 2025. The significant delay, originally slated for April, is attributed to a series of unprecedented setbacks.

The evaluation process was severely hampered by a paper leak scandal in February, necessitating re-examinations for affected subjects. Further complicating matters, a fire at an evaluation center in Dumka destroyed over 800 answer sheets, requiring extensive manual re-evaluation. Over 400,000 students are anxiously awaiting their results.

Despite these challenges, the JAC assures students that the results will be fair and accurate. Results will be available on the official JAC website (jac.jharkhand.gov.in), via SMS (text JAC10 [Roll Number] to 5676750), and through NIC portals. Students are urged to access results only through official channels to avoid misinformation from unofficial sources.

The exams were held between February 11th and March 4th, with practical examinations concluding on March 25th. Students can obtain their original mark sheets from their respective schools by June 2025 and have 15 days after the results are released to apply for re-evaluation.
