Sat Apr 19 07:18:27 UTC 2025: ## 25 Indian Tourists Injured in Nepal Bus Crash
**Kathmandu, Nepal – April 19, 2025** – At least 25 Indian tourists sustained injuries in a bus accident in Dang district, Nepal, on Friday, April 18th. The bus, carrying Indian tourists to Pokhara, is suspected to have experienced brake failure.
Nineteen of the injured were admitted to a community health center in Tulsipur, Nepal, while three are in critical condition and receiving treatment at a nearby hospital. Most of the injured tourists hail from the Uttar Pradesh districts of Lucknow, Sitapur, Hardoi, and Barabanki. Nepalese police responded to the scene and assisted in transporting the injured. While some received first aid and were discharged, the condition of three remains serious. An investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
