**NEW DELHI, April 21, 2025** – Delhi police announced the arrest of eight individuals, including two juveniles, in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 17-year-old boy, Kunal Singh, in Seelampur on April 17th. The arrests follow the earlier detention of a 19-year-old woman, Zikra, who reportedly identified herself as a local “lady don.”
According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (North East) Ashish Mishra, Zikra, an 18-year-old named Sahil, and the two juveniles conspired to attack Singh. Five additional suspects are accused of aiding the main perpetrators by providing shelter and assistance in their escape. Police stated that collected evidence confirms the suspects’ involvement. Initial investigations suggest a pre-existing rivalry between Sahil and the victim.
