ARA, Bihar (April 21, 2025) – A dispute over parking at a wedding in Bihar’s Bhojpur district tragically escalated into a shooting, leaving two dead and five injured, police reported today. The incident occurred Sunday evening around 9:30 p.m. in Laharpa village.
According to police, an argument between two groups over parking space quickly turned violent, resulting in one group opening fire on the other. One individual died at the scene, while another succumbed to injuries at a hospital in Ara. The deceased have been identified as Luvkush and Rahul. Five others who sustained gunshot wounds are currently receiving medical treatment.
A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway to identify and apprehend the perpetrators. Police are currently examining the evidence and pursuing leads to establish the exact sequence of events and identify those responsible for the fatal shooting.
