**Kochi:** Actor Shine Tom Chacko appeared before the Ernakulam Town North police station on Saturday morning for questioning. He arrived at the station around 10 am and did not comment to the media. Police have prepared a preliminary questionnaire of 32 questions for him.
The police had earlier issued a notice to Chacko, delivering it to his family at his Thrissur residence as he was not present. The questioning stems from a recent incident where Chacko was seen jumping from the third floor of a Kochi hotel to evade a police raid by the City Police Dansaf squad. Police are investigating the reason behind this action.
This incident follows Chacko’s acquittal in a 2015 cocaine case due to lack of evidence. He was previously arrested along with models during a raid in Kochi’s Kadavantra area. His name also surfaced in a recent case involving the seizure of hybrid cannabis from a young woman in Alappuzha.
