A yellow alert has been issued for 16 districts in Telangana for Saturday, April 19th, with thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds forecast for several areas, including Hyderabad itself. However, the IMD also predicts that temperatures in 11 districts will soar between 41°C and 44°C.
