**Vijayawada, April 18, 2025** – The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has announced a major infrastructure project: the construction of a new state secretariat complex. Five high-rise towers will house the Integrated A.P. State Secretariat and various Head of Department (HoD) offices, at an estimated cost of ₹4,687 crore.
One tower, dedicated to the General Administration Department, is budgeted at ₹1,127 crore. The remaining four towers will cost approximately ₹3,560 crore. Technical bids are now being solicited, with a May 1st deadline for submission. Bids will be opened the same day at 4 p.m. The project marks a significant investment in Andhra Pradesh’s administrative infrastructure.
