**NEW DELHI, INDIA –** Millions of students across India are anxiously awaiting the release of their 2025 board exam results. Several major state boards have completed their Class 10 (SSC) and Class 12 (HSC) examinations, with results expected to be announced throughout May and June.
The **Maharashtra State Board (MSBSHSE)**, with over 30 lakh students, expects to release HSC results by the end of May and SSC results by mid-June. Last year, Maharashtra saw impressive pass rates of 91.25% for HSC and 93.83% for SSC, with girls significantly outperforming boys.
The **Telangana Board of Secondary Education (BSE Telangana)** anticipates releasing its SSC results by mid-May. Around 5.3 lakh students took the exams. In 2024, the pass rate was 86.60%, with girls again exceeding boys’ performance.
The **Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)**, one of India’s largest boards with nearly 38 lakh students, is expected to announce Class 10 and 12 results in the second week of May. Last year’s Class 12 pass rate was 87.98%, with girls achieving a higher percentage than boys.

* **Punjab School Education Board (PSEB):** Class 10 results expected between April 17-20, Class 12 results by the end of April. High pass rates are anticipated, mirroring last year’s figures (97.24% for Class 10 and 93.04% for Class 12).
* **Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE):** Results for Class 10 and 12 are expected by the end of April or the first week of May.
* **Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP):** Results for Class 10 and 12 are anticipated by April 20.
* **Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE):** Results for Class 10 and 12 are expected by May 15.
