**RICHMOND, VA** – Governor Youngkin has ordered all Virginia state and local flags to be flown at half-staff on Wednesday, April 16th, to mark the 18th anniversary of the tragic Virginia Tech shooting. The order, issued on April 15th, 2025, directs flags to be lowered at sunrise and remain at half-staff until sunset in remembrance of the 32 lives lost in the 2007 massacre.
