**Kochi, Kerala:** Actor Shine Tom Chacko is facing allegations of drug abuse and misconduct on a film set. Actress Vincy Aloshius has filed a complaint with the Film Chamber and AMMA (Association of Malayalam Movie Artists) internal complaints committee, alleging that Chacko behaved erratically under the influence of drugs. Aloshius herself publicly named Chacko in her complaint. The Excise Department has initiated an investigation and is gathering information from the actress.
Separately, Hajj technical training classes have commenced in Kannur in preparation for the 2025 Hajj pilgrimage, scheduled for June 4th-9th, 2025 (dates contingent on the sighting of the Dul Hijjah crescent moon).
