**Chennai, April 16, 2025** – A six-kilogram, one-year-old baby has successfully undergone open-heart surgery at Iswarya Hospital in Chennai to correct Tetralogy of Fallot, a complex congenital heart defect.
The infant, who had been under regular follow-up for the condition, was admitted to the hospital on March 31st in critical condition due to low blood oxygen saturation.
