TIRUMALA, INDIA – Anna Lezhneva, wife of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, visited the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple early Sunday morning. She participated in the Suprabhatam seva and offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara. The visit follows a recent minor accident involving her son, Mark Shankar, who suffered minor injuries in a fire. Ms. Lezhneva, who arrived in Tirumala on Saturday evening, stayed at the Gayatri Nilayam. Before her darshan of Lord Venkateswara, she visited the Sri Bhu Varaha Swamy temple and offered her hair at the Kalyanakatta in the Padmavathi temple complex. As she is a non-Hindu, she signed a declaration at the guest house before proceeding with the temple visit. Temple officials welcomed her at the Vaikuntham Q Complex. After the darshan, she received sacred prasadam from temple authorities.
