**Belagavi, Karnataka – April 14, 2025** – A national-level hackathon, AITM CodeFest, commenced on April 13th at the Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management (AITM) in Bhatkal, Uttara Kannada district. Thirty teams from across India participated in the 24-hour coding marathon, tackling real-world challenges with technology-driven solutions.
The event featured Waseem Ahmed, AITM alumnus and founder director of Wynteam Global, as the chief guest, who shared his entrepreneurial journey with participants. The hackathon was supported by numerous sponsors, including title partner Niveus Solutions and organizing partner DigiScrypt Technologies, with a total prize pool of ₹2 lakh. Awards will be presented at the valedictory ceremony on April 14th. The event was lauded as a testament to the spirit of innovation and collaboration amongst young Indian engineers.
