Sun Apr 13 14:30:09 UTC 2025: ## KTR Slams Telangana Congress, Calls for Lesson in Upcoming Elections

**Hyderabad, April 13, 2025** – Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) launched a scathing attack on the Telangana Congress party on Sunday, accusing them of betraying the people of the state with false promises. Speaking at a party workers’ meeting in Malkajgiri, KTR claimed that the Congress’s rule, less than 18 months after A. Revanth Reddy’s election as Chief Minister, had plunged the state into crisis. He alleged that the Congress government had failed to deliver on its promises, leaving everyone but Revanth Reddy unhappy, including cabinet colleagues, legislators, party workers, and the general public.

KTR called upon the people of Telangana to reject the Congress party in upcoming elections, including the GHMC elections. He further criticized the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), accusing them of also acting against the interests of the people.

Malkajgiri MLA Marri Rajashekhar Reddy praised KTR’s contributions to Hyderabad’s development as an IT hub, highlighting the strong support KTR enjoys in the city. A large rally preceded KTR’s address, welcoming him to the constituency.
