**Thrissur, Kerala – April 12, 2025** – Youth Congress activists in Thrissur staged a protest march on Saturday against the recent attack on a Malayali Christian priest in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The demonstration, which ended with police dispersing the crowd using water cannons, targeted Union Minister Suresh Gopi’s office.
Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) secretary A. Prasad, who inaugurated the march, accused the Union government of intimidating religious minorities and silencing dissent.
