**Vellore, Tamil Nadu, April 12, 2025** – Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced a special drive, “Connecting with Care,” aimed at improving services and customer satisfaction in the Vellore region. The initiative, running until April 30th, will focus on resolving service issues, enhancing network quality, and strengthening customer engagement across Vellore, Ranipet, Tirupattur, and Tiruvannamalai districts.

The drive will include grievance redressal camps at Customer Service Centres (CSCs), focused efforts to resolve long-standing complaints, proactive service monitoring, and digital outreach campaigns.
