**Hyderabad, India** – Punjab Kings (PBKS) suffered a major setback in their IPL 2025 clash against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) after star bowler Lockie Ferguson was forced to retire hurt after just two deliveries. The injury, appearing to be a left quadriceps issue, occurred during the final over of the powerplay. Australian all-rounder Marcus Stoinis completed the over.
