**Chennai, April 11, 2025** – In a one-sided affair at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) defeated the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) by a resounding 8 wickets in the 25th match of IPL 2025. This marks CSK’s fifth consecutive loss, dropping them to 9th place in the points table with only 2 points from 6 matches. KKR, on the other hand, climbed to 3rd place with 6 points from 3 wins in 6 matches.
CSK, batting first, posted a paltry 103/9 in 20 overs – their lowest ever IPL score at Chepauk and second lowest overall.
