GUWAHATI, ASSAM – The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) announced the results for the HSLC (Class 10) examinations today, revealing an overall pass percentage of 63.98%. A total of 4,22,737 students appeared for the exam, with boys outperforming girls (67.59% vs 61.09%). Approximately 6,712 students were absent, while the results of 22 candidates were withheld and 101 students were expelled.
Sivasagar district achieved the highest pass percentage at 85.55%, followed by Dibrugarh (81.10%), Dhemaji (80.64%), Jorhat (79.61%), and Nalbari (78.40%).
Higher Education and Tribal Affairs Minister Ranoj Pegu announced the results on X (formerly Twitter). Students can access their results via the SEBA official website using their login credentials, the NDTV results portal, or the official SEBA mobile app.
