**Guwahati, Assam –** The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) today announced the results of the HSLC (Class 10) examinations, revealing an overall pass percentage of 63.98%. A total of 4,22,737 students appeared for the exam, with boys outperforming girls, achieving a 67.59% pass rate compared to 61.09% for girls. Approximately 6,712 students were absent, while the results of 22 candidates were withheld, and 101 students were expelled.

Sivasagar district topped the list with an impressive 85.55% pass rate, followed by Dibrugarh (81.10%), Dhemaji (80.64%), Jorhat (79.61%), and Nalbari (78.40%).

Higher Education and Tribal Affairs Minister Ranoj Pegu announced the results on X (formerly Twitter). Students can access their results on the official SEBA website using their login credentials, via the NDTV results page by entering their roll number, or through the official SEBA mobile app.
