Fri Apr 11 02:00:00 UTC 2025: ## Andhra Pradesh Intermediate Exam Results Expected Mid-April

**Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh –** The Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP), is set to release the results for the 2025 Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) for both 1st and 2nd year students in the second week of April. Over 925,000 students appeared for the exams, held in March.

Students can access their results via the official website, bie.ap.gov.in, using their roll number and date of birth. Results will also be available on DigiLocker. The pass percentage for the 2024 exams was 78% for 2nd year general stream students and 67% for 1st year general stream students. A minimum of 35% in each subject is required to pass. Grade breakdowns will be available on the results website.

BIEAP will not release a toppers list this year, continuing a four-year trend. Students who wish to apply for a recount can do so on the official website after the results are announced, with reverification results expected in May/June. Supplementary exams will be scheduled for those who fail. The board requests that any discrepancies in the marks memos be reported to the principals within a month of the results announcement.

The BIEAP has also proposed significant reforms, including the potential elimination of the 1st-year intermediate public exam to reduce student pressure and align with other boards. These reforms are under consideration based on feedback from students, parents, and educators.
