Mon Apr 07 19:33:07 UTC 2025: **War Crimes Complaint Filed Against 10 British Nationals Who Fought for Israeli Army in Gaza**

London, UK – A 240-page dossier accusing 10 British nationals of war crimes and crimes against humanity during the recent conflict in Gaza has been filed with London’s Metropolitan Police. The complaint, submitted by prominent human rights lawyer Michael Mansfield on behalf of the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) and the Public Interest Law Centre (PILC), alleges involvement in the targeted killing of civilians and aid workers, attacks on protected sites, and forced displacement.

The report, compiled with the assistance of international lawyers in The Hague, relies on open-source intelligence and witness testimony, including accounts of “mass killing, mass destruction, and mass displacement,” according to Mansfield. While the dossier remains confidential for legal reasons, it reportedly provides detailed evidence identifying the 10 British individuals, some of whom hold Israeli citizenship.

Mansfield criticized the lack of governmental action, both domestically and internationally, stating that many nations are failing to hold those responsible accountable. He suggested that the UK government could prohibit British citizens from serving in the Israeli military, given the allegations of unlawful warfare.

The complaint comes amidst the ongoing conflict in Gaza, where over 1,300 Palestinians have been killed since the renewed Israeli assault began on March 18th, following a brief ceasefire. The overall death toll since the beginning of the conflict on October 7th, 2023, exceeds 50,000, with a disproportionate number of women and children among the victims. The Metropolitan Police have yet to comment on the filed complaint.
