**Kolkata, April 8, 2025** – Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) captain Ajinkya Rahane won the toss and elected to field first against the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in their Indian Premier League (IPL) match at Eden Gardens today. The match pits the fifth-placed defending champions KKR against the sixth-placed LSG, who hold a slight 3-2 advantage in their head-to-head record.
KKR made a single change to their lineup, bringing in Spencer Johnson to replace Moeen Ali. LSG remained unchanged.
