**New Delhi, April 7, 2025** – Riaz Hamidullah has arrived in New Delhi to assume his post as the new High Commissioner of Bangladesh to India. His arrival, delayed since his February appointment, is seen as a positive development following a recent meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bangladesh Chief Adviser Mohammed Yunus.
