**VISAKHAPATNAM, April 8, 2025** – The Visakhapatnam chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) has announced its new executive committee for the 2025-26 term. V. Dharmender has been elected as chairman, E. Ashok Kumar as president, and V. Sreenu as general secretary. The committee also includes several vice-presidents, joint secretaries, and a treasurer.
