**Hubballi, Karnataka – April 8, 2025** – Nagaveni Raichur, daughter of a construction worker and a housemaid, has defied the odds to secure the fifth rank in the Arts stream of the recently declared II PU examination. The student of Government PU College, Gopanakoppa, achieved this remarkable feat despite facing financial challenges.
Nagaveni, who scored above 96% in her exams, including perfect 100 scores in Geography and Political Science, worked part-time during vacations to support her family. Scholarships and assistance from her teachers helped cover her tuition and books. While celebrating her achievement with her teachers, Nagaveni expressed a desire to pursue social service, revealing that her goal had been to achieve the top rank.
