**RAMALLAH, WEST BANK –** A 14-year-old Palestinian-American teenager, identified as Omar Mohammed Rabea, was shot and killed by an Israeli settler in the occupied West Bank near the settlement of Turmus Aya, Palestinian authorities reported today. Two other teenagers were also injured in the incident, according to Turmus Aya Mayor Adeeb Lafi.
