**Hyderabad, April 7, 2025** – A 19-year-old man, Mohd. Sameer, has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his 25-year-old brother-in-law, Mohd. Muqeeduddin, to death in Tolichowki on Sunday night. The murder stemmed from a disagreement over the proceeds from the sale of a stolen motorcycle.

Police said the two men, residents of Qazi Galli, had recently stolen a motorcycle and sold it. A dispute arose over how the money should be divided, leading to a heated argument near a local hotel on Sunday evening. During the altercation, Sameer allegedly stabbed Muqeeduddin, inflicting fatal chest wounds.

Muqeeduddin was rushed to a hospital but succumbed to his injuries. Sameer was apprehended on Monday and is currently in police custody. The investigation is ongoing.
