**Kozhikode, April 6, 2025** – The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) launched its 18th batch of the Executive Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP) on Saturday. The two-year MBA program, designed for working professionals, blends online interactive learning with on-campus modules, allowing participants to continue their careers while pursuing advanced studies.

IIMK Director Debashis Chatterjee highlighted the program’s flexibility and its diverse participant base, which has historically included professionals from various sectors and with extensive work experience.

The institute also touted the success of its business incubator, IIMK Live, which has fostered the creation of approximately 100 startups, including one that recently secured ₹10 crore in funding for developing defense-related microchips.

While addressing placement rates, Director Chatterjee emphasized that IIMK prioritizes long-term career success over immediate post-graduation employment. He stated that the institute measures its success by the achievements of its graduates 15 years after graduation.
