**Ayodhya, Delhi, India (March 30, 2024)** – Thousands of devotees flocked to Ayodhya’s Ram Janmabhoomi Temple on Sunday to celebrate Ram Navami, the Hindu festival marking the birth of Lord Rama. The temple, adorned with vibrant flowers and lights, saw a massive influx of pilgrims who, prior to their visit, participated in the traditional holy dip in the Saryu River. Devotees expressed immense satisfaction with the temple’s arrangements and the overall atmosphere. One devotee, traveling from Varanasi, specifically mentioned their pilgrimage to offer prayers at the sacred site.

Police ensured smooth proceedings, with Additional SP Madhuban Singh confirming a large police presence to manage the crowds and guarantee the safety and security of all devotees. Ample parking arrangements were also implemented to accommodate the large number of visitors.

Celebrations extended beyond Ayodhya. The Jhandewalan Temple in Delhi was similarly illuminated and decorated, attracting numerous devotees who shared positive feedback regarding the temple’s arrangements and the peaceful atmosphere. The Chhatarpur’s Shri Aadya Katyayani Shaktipith Mandir also held its morning Aarti as part of the nationwide Ram Navami festivities. Across India, the day also saw the customary gifting and offering of prasad to young girls representing the nine forms of Goddess Durga.
