**Chennai, April 6, 2025** – A 19-year-old college student died in a road accident early Sunday morning in Taramani, Chennai. Devadarshan, a third-year student from Tiruvannamalai residing in Velachery, lost control of his two-wheeler while allegedly speeding on Taramani Link Road around 1 a.m. He crashed into a median, sustaining fatal head and body injuries.

Police from the Guindy Traffic Investigation unit have registered a case and are investigating the incident. Devadarshan’s body was sent to Government Royapettah Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
