**Tiruchi, April 6, 2025** – A jallikattu event held in T. Udaiyapatti village on Sunday resulted in 40 injuries, according to police reports. The eight-hour event featured 804 bulls and 242 participants. Six individuals sustained serious injuries and were transferred to the Government Hospital in Manapparai, while the remaining 34 received outpatient treatment at the event site.
