FISHERS, Ind. – Just days after sharing MVP honors at the McDonald’s All-American Game, twin brothers and Duke basketball commits Cameron and Cayden Boozer continued their dominant play, leading their Columbus High School Explorers team to the Chipotle Nationals championship game.
Cameron, a five-star forward, nearly recorded a triple-double in the Explorers’ quarterfinal victory over Wasatch Academy, scoring a game-high 25 points, adding nine rebounds, seven assists, four blocks, and two steals. His brother, Cayden, a five-star guard, also impressed with 24 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and three steals. The duo combined for 49 points in the 76-62 win.
Their success continued the following day. In a nail-biting semifinal matchup against Brewster Academy, Cayden Boozer hit a game-winning pull-up jumper at the buzzer, securing a 47-45 victory and a spot in the championship game.
The Boozers, along with fellow five-star recruits Shelton Henderson and Nik Khamenia, form a highly touted 2025 recruiting class for Duke head coach Jon Scheyer. The championship game is scheduled for Saturday.
