**Tehran, Iran –** Tehran residents are advised to prepare for a weekend of rain and strong winds, according to the Tehran Provincial Meteorological Department. The forecast predicts rain and windy conditions continuing into Saturday evening. A yellow and orange weather warning is in effect until Sunday morning, with the possibility of heavy rain, thunderstorms, and strong winds, particularly in the western and northern parts of the province.

While rain is expected to lessen, breezy conditions will continue into Wednesday, with occasional scattered showers. Temperatures are expected to rise significantly from Sunday through Wednesday, with highs reaching 29 degrees Celsius by Wednesday, up from a predicted 18 degrees on Saturday. Overnight lows will also increase, rising from 15 to 19 degrees Celsius.

In the past 24 hours, Imam Khomeini International Airport recorded the highest temperature at 24 degrees Celsius, while Tochal Mountain experienced the coldest temperatures, with a high of 0 degrees and a low of -2 degrees Celsius. By the end of the week, the weather is expected to clear, with mostly sunny skies and strong winds.
