Fri Apr 04 01:00:00 UTC 2025: ## Raptadu MLA Accuses Jagan Mohan Reddy in Paritala Ravindra Murder Case

**Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh:** Paritala Sunitha, MLA of Raptadu, has leveled serious accusations against former Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy, alleging his involvement in the murder of former minister Paritala Ravindra. Speaking to reporters in Anantapur on Thursday, Sunitha recalled that the CBI had also questioned Jagan in connection with the case.

Her comments come ahead of Jagan’s planned visit to the district following the recent incident in Ramagiri mandal’s Papireddypalli. She sharply criticized the statements made by the brothers of former MLA Topudurthi Prakash Reddy, accusing YSRCP leaders of engaging in caste and death-related politics instead of focusing on the real issues.

Sunitha questioned why Prakash Reddy’s brothers were only discussing the “TV bomb” incident and not the “car bomb” incident, noting that they could even face jail time for their alleged role in the latter. She reminded them of their alleged involvement in both incidents, stating they had a history of involving 45 people in these incidents. She challenged Jagan to respond to these accusations before entering the district.

The MLA further alleged that Jagan’s visit is aimed at inciting conflicts in peaceful villages. She expressed her distress over Jagan allegedly trying to involve the Gangula family in Maddalacheruvu and the Sane family in Kanumukkala, pointing out that these families, like the Paritala family, had suffered greatly due to factional violence. She questioned Jagan’s professed concern for these families, asking why he didn’t help them when he was in power and challenged him to ensure they receive justice by giving them MLA tickets in 2029.
