**Vijayawada, April 3, 2025** – The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, arrested the District Medical and Health Officer (DM&HO), Dr. T.V. Bala Muralikrishna, on Thursday for allegedly accepting a ₹20,000 bribe. Dr. Muralikrishna was apprehended while receiving the bribe from an employee of the Srikakulam Rural Primary Health Centre (PHC) in exchange for an official favor. His camp clerk, V. Suresh Kumar, was also arrested for his involvement in the transaction. Both individuals will be presented before the ACB Special Court in Visakhapatnam.
