Tue Apr 01 19:40:00 UTC 2025: ## Man United’s Transfer Window Hinges on Player Departures, Several Players Return from Injury
**Manchester, England –** Manchester United’s summer transfer window will depend heavily on the club’s ability to offload players, manager Ruben Amorim revealed Monday. Meanwhile, the club received a boost with the return from injury of several key players.
Amorim confirmed that defenders Harry Maguire and Leny Yoro are both fit and available for Tuesday’s Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest. Yoro, a 19-year-old who joined from Lille, has been hampered by injuries since March, while Maguire has been sidelined with a calf problem since late February.
The manager also provided positive updates on other players. While 18-year-old Ayden Heaven’s injury sustained against Leicester City is not serious, he remains unavailable for Tuesday’s game. Left-back Luke Shaw is back in training but is still regaining full fitness. Mason Mount is recovering, while Kobbie Mainoo is nearing a return. Lisandro Martínez, however, remains out.
On the loan front, Amorim expressed satisfaction with Marcus Rashford’s recent improvement at Aston Villa, where he scored his first goals for the club over the weekend. However, the manager emphasized his focus remains on the players currently at Manchester United. The club’s transfer activity, however, rests firmly on the successful departure of several players before any new signings can be made.
