**Mumbai, March 31, 2025** – The Mumbai Indians snapped their losing streak in style on Friday, securing a convincing 8-wicket victory over the Kolkata Knight Riders at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. This is Mumbai’s first win of the season.
Winning the toss and electing to bowl, Mumbai’s bowlers, led by debutant Ashwani Kumar’s impressive 4-wicket haul, restricted KKR to a paltry 116 runs.
