**ALAPPUZHA, March 31, 2025** – The Alappuzha District Sports Council is set to launch a comprehensive summer coaching camp program from April 1st to May 25th. The initiative, in collaboration with various recognized sports associations, will offer training in a wide range of disciplines, including athletics, basketball, volleyball, football, swimming, powerlifting, rugby, yoga, boxing, judo, kalaripayattu, karate, kabaddi, netball, canoeing, and kayaking.

Children aged 5 to 16 are eligible to participate, with those completing the full program receiving certificates from the District Sports Council. A special provision is also being made for individuals over 16, who can enroll in swimming classes at the Rajakesavadas swimming pool in Alappuzha.
