**Erode, March 31, 2025:** Four men have been arrested by Sathyamangalam police for allegedly robbing a grocery shop worker of ₹20,000. The incident occurred on Sunday night near the bus stand.

Bakrudeen, 39, a resident of Iluppur, Pudukkottai district, was robbed after collecting his salary. While using a public toilet, he was threatened and his money stolen by four individuals.

Following a complaint and analysis of CCTV footage, police apprehended Sadiq (21), Prabhu (25), Srinath (22), and Manikandan (29). Authorities recovered ₹19,800 and three motorcycles. An investigation is underway to determine if the suspects are linked to other similar crimes.
