**Madurai, March 30, 2025** – Water levels in major Tamil Nadu dams remain stable, according to the latest reports. The Mullaperiyar dam registered a level of 113 feet (out of a maximum 142 feet) on Sunday, with inflow and outflow both at 105 cusecs. However, the Vaigai dam showed a level of 57.71 feet (maximum 71 feet), despite nil inflow and a significant discharge of 722 cusecs. The combined storage in Periyar credit stands at 2,201.70 mcft. Authorities are monitoring the situation closely.
