**Hyderabad, March 30, 2025** – The Hindu Future India Club and KP’s 21st Century IAS Academy held a career guidance seminar titled “Unlock Your Future” at Methodist College of Engineering and Technology on Saturday. The seminar focused on the challenging but rewarding Civil Services Examination (CSE) conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
Bhavani Shankar, Director of KP’s 21st Century IAS Academy, addressed students, outlining the CSE’s multi-stage process and emphasizing the importance of a strong foundational education, determination, and consistent effort. He highlighted the highly competitive nature of the exam, with nearly 1 million applicants vying for a limited number of positions across 23 services.
