**COIMBATORE, March 30, 2025** – Coimbatore police made a significant arrest Saturday, apprehending a history-sheeter, N. Jaganathan (30), for attempted burglary. Jaganathan, along with an accomplice who escaped, targeted a house in Vellakinar. Both men have prior criminal records. Separately, cybercrime police are investigating a ₹14.14 lakh online investment scam targeting a 32-year-old Vellakinar woman between March 10th and 29th. The victim was lured into a fraudulent part-time job and investment scheme.
