(KPCL) to recover ₹542.14 crore in outstanding payments. The suit, filed with the Bengaluru City Civil and Sessions Judge, concerns unpaid dues stemming from an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for a unit at the Bellary Thermal Power Station.
