Sun Mar 30 04:20:00 UTC 2025: **North Dakota State University Football Players Impress at Pro Day, Boosting Draft Prospects**
FARGO, ND – Twenty-eight NFL teams sent scouts to North Dakota State University’s (NDSU) Pro Day on Thursday, where 13 Bison football players (and one Fighting Hawk) showcased their talents. While individual team evaluations varied, several players significantly enhanced their draft stock.
Grey Zabel, a top NDSU prospect, impressed scouts with his athleticism, solidifying his position as a potential first or second-round pick. His strong performance at the Senior Bowl and NDSU’s Pro Day cemented his standing as one of the most athletic offensive line prospects in this year’s draft.
Quarterback Cam Miller, who wasn’t invited to the NFL Combine, used Pro Day as a crucial showcase, completing all 48 of his passing attempts and posting strong testing numbers. This performance boosts his chances of being selected in the later rounds.
Other notable performers included offensive lineman Mason Miller, who is likely to sign as an undrafted free agent; linebacker Eli Mostaert, who may be drafted in the later rounds or picked up for a training camp invite; tight end Noah Stoffel, who excelled in agility drills; and linebacker James Kubitz, who recorded the highest vertical jump of the day. Running back Kobe Marshall had a solid performance, while several other players, though not achieving standout scores, still left a positive impression on scouts.
While some players didn’t achieve scores that matched their on-field contributions, the overall Pro Day was deemed successful for the NDSU program. The NFL Draft takes place in Green Bay from April 24th to 26th, and several Bison players stand a strong chance of hearing their names called.
