Sat Mar 29 15:30:00 UTC 2025: ## Bihar Board Declares Class 10 Matric Results; Over 15 Lakh Students Await Grades

**Patna, Bihar –** The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) announced the results for its Class 10 matric annual examination today, March 29th. Chairman Anand Kishore, along with state education minister Sunil Kumar and additional chief secretary S Siddharth, declared the results for over 15.85 lakh students who appeared for the exams held between February 17th and 25th. Practical exams were conducted earlier in January.

Students can access their results through several methods: the official websites matricresult2025.com and matricbiharboard.com; the Indian Express website; or via SMS by texting “BIHAR10 ROLL NUMBER” to 56263. DigiLocker also provides access to digital marksheets.

The board released provisional answer keys on March 6th, allowing students to raise objections until March 10th. This year’s results follow the announcement of the Class 12 results on March 25th, which were declared within 27 days of evaluation, a remarkable feat considering the evaluation of over 68 lakh answer sheets and OMR sheets.

The BSEB’s consistent improvement in result declaration time is noteworthy, contrasting with last year’s announcement on March 31st. Past pass percentages have fluctuated, ranging from 78.17% (2021) to 82.91% (2024). This year’s pass percentage has yet to be released.
